01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and rx777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing rx777 through any device, browser, or interface, and by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms are effective immediately upon your first use of the rx777 platform and continue until your account is closed. Continued use of rx777 after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for changes.

02Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use rx777. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. rx777 takes age verification seriously. We may request documentary proof of age — such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any point. If we determine that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited. Stakes deposited by an underage player will be returned.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active rx777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, rx777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed, and confiscate any bonus-related winnings. Original deposited funds in duplicate accounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Registration Information

When registering on rx777 you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a payment method you lawfully own. You must keep your registration information up to date. Providing false registration details is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Residency

rx777 operates its services with Pakistani players in mind. You confirm that you are accessing rx777 from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with any applicable laws in your location.

03Account Responsibilities

Your rx777 account is personal to you. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential at all times. Do not share your password with anyone — including rx777 support staff, who will never ask for your password.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• Logging out completely after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying rx777 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

rx777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred because you failed to keep your login details secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

Account Verification (KYC)

rx777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention. We may ask you to verify your identity by providing a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Verification is typically required before your first large withdrawal and is a one-time process. Failure to complete verification within the time stated in our request may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

04Deposits & Payments

rx777 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take 1–2 hours.
• You must only deposit using payment methods that belong to you. Depositing on behalf of another person or using borrowed, gifted, or third-party funds is not permitted.
• rx777 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.
• rx777 reserves the right to reject a deposit or request additional verification if fraud indicators are present.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals at rx777 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (same-source rule) to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Processing time: Typically within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC completion for new accounts or unusually large amounts.
• Real money funds (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the above conditions.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they become withdrawable.
• rx777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply receiving charges.
• rx777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals above Rs 500,000.

Unclaimed Balances

If your rx777 account remains inactive (no login, no bet, no deposit) for a period of 12 consecutive months and you hold a positive balance, we will contact you at your registered mobile number and email. If we receive no response within 30 days of that contact, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from the balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any deduction begins.

06Bonuses & Promotions

rx777 offers a range of promotions to registered players, including a welcome bonus, PSL cashback, free bet tokens, accumulator boosts, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all rx777 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per promotion) before they may be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Time limit: Bonuses expire within the period stated on the individual promotion page. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Eligibility: Most bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum bet restriction: While clearing bonus wagering requirements, the maximum bet per round is Rs 2,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may be voided.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Crash games and casino games typically contribute 100%, while some live table bets may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution tables are on the Promotions page.

07Betting Rules — Sports & Cricket

The following rules govern all sports and cricket bets placed on rx777. Full sport-specific rules are available in the betting help section of the platform.

Bet Placement

A bet is accepted only when rx777 confirms it with a unique bet reference number displayed on screen and sent to your account transaction history. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — rx777 may decline bets at its discretion, particularly if there is a system error in the odds displayed or if the event has already started (for pre-match markets).

Odds & Pricing

All odds on rx777 are displayed in decimal format. rx777 endeavours to maintain accurate odds at all times. In the event of a manifest error — an obvious and significant pricing mistake — rx777 reserves the right to void the bet at the erroneous price. We will communicate any such voidance directly to the affected player and return the stake promptly.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

• If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets typically stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket specifically, if a match is abandoned without a result and the official result is "No Result" or "Match Abandoned", all match winner bets are voided. Markets that have already been settled (e.g. first innings runs) remain settled.
• Duckworth-Lewis-Stern results are treated as official results for match winner settlement purposes.

Accumulator Rules

In a multi-leg accumulator on rx777, if one leg is voided (e.g. match cancelled), the accumulator stands with that leg treated as a 1.00 multiplier. The remaining legs are settled normally. If two or more legs are voided, the accumulator continues with all voided legs treated as 1.00.

08Live & In-Play Betting

rx777 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, and other sports. By their nature, live markets move rapidly and rx777 may suspend or restrict markets at any time during an event without notice — for example, during a critical moment, at the fall of a wicket, or when awaiting official confirmation of an event outcome.

Bets placed while a market is suspended may be voided. If a bet is placed at incorrect in-play odds due to a data or stream delay, rx777 reserves the right to void or re-price the bet. In cases of internet disconnection during live betting, rx777 cannot guarantee that your bet will be placed or that a requested cash-out will be processed. If your auto cash-out was set and activated before disconnection, it will be honoured if technically possible.

09Casino, Crash Games & Live Tables

rx777 offers casino-style games including the Aviator crash game, live Andar Bahar tables, and other certified gaming products. The following rules apply:

• Aviator (crash game): Outcomes are determined by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Each round result is committed before betting opens and can be verified by players after the round ends. rx777 does not influence or alter crash points.
• Live Andar Bahar: Physical cards are dealt by live dealers under continuous video surveillance. All dealing is conducted in accordance with certified dealing procedures. In the event of a technical failure during a live round, the hand is replayed from the point of failure or voided, at the game provider's discretion.
• Minimum bets, maximum bets, and side-bet rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.
• rx777 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection during a casino game session. If a bet was placed and the game was in progress when disconnection occurred, the round will be settled normally and the result applied to your account when you reconnect.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on rx777 and may result in account suspension, bet voidance, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods you do not own
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with rx777 in any way
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic way
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotional structures
• Money laundering, fraud, or using rx777 for any unlawful financial purpose
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of an event
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after winnings have been drawn down or bonuses claimed

rx777 employs fraud detection systems that run continuously. Accounts triggering fraud flags are automatically reviewed by our compliance team. Players under investigation may have their withdrawal access temporarily suspended during the review period. We will communicate the investigation status within 72 hours of any suspension.

11Account Closure & Suspension

Any verified real money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks, subject to no outstanding investigation.

rx777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Provision of false identity or payment information
• Chargebacks initiated against rx777 deposits
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion or match manipulation
• Request from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority

In cases of account closure due to Terms breach, rx777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending full investigation. Where investigation concludes that no breach occurred, remaining legitimate funds will be returned.

12Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure
• Losses attributable to errors in information you provided during registration or KYC
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Outcomes of bets placed on events subsequently found to be fraudulently influenced, where rx777 was not party to that fraud

rx777's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rx777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15Changes to These Terms

rx777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via your registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you continue to use rx777 after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account before the effective date.
